Give Back a Smile

Most would agree that there is nothing more beautiful than seeing a smile on the face of someone who is truly happy. Sadly, because true joy comes from within, it’s not always easy to exude this contentment … especially if you are suffering. Victims of domestic violence are aware of this fact, but Dr. Mark Sayeg, as a part of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) Charitable Foundation’s program Give Back a Smile, is working to restore their smiles – and you can help.

You can aid others in need by purchasing a Zoom Whitening gift certified for half-price (regularly $490) at Dr. Sayeg’s office anytime throughout the month of June. All of the proceeds go to the Give Back a Smile program.

The funds for this program make it possible for AACD dentists to restore smiles across the country. Locally, a recent case Dr. Sayeg worked on for nonprofit was to aid Marie, whose ex-husband punched out her front teeth. Unable to afford repair, Marie sought refuge through a piece of white gum which she used to replace her missing teeth. This resulted in her hiding her smile. Through the program, Dr. Sayeg was able to repair her teeth and leave Marie with a beautiful new smile – all at no cost to her.

A smile is contagious, even more so if it is a product of true joy. Help put a grin back on a domestic violence survivor’s face this summer.
